To send digital files for TRD Photo Contest, please complete the following form.

Fast transfers and file compression: To reduce transmission time, maximize your bandwidth and reduce the risk of file corruption during file uploads, we request that you compress all files using a compression program (e.g. Stuffit or WinZip.) Compressed files will contain one of the following extensions: .zip, .sit or .sea. By submitting a photo entry, TRD Member company warrants that the photo and caption and all content in the photo and caption is their own, original un-published work. TRD Member Company warrants that he will obtain all necessary licenses and releases for all the material found in the photo if requested by TRD. By submitting the photo entry, TRD Member Company licenses TRD for no additional consideration the unrestricted right to copy, distribute, display, publicly perform and make derivative works of the photo. TRD Member warrants that the photo submission does not violate or infringe any copyright or other proprietary right of any third party. TRD Member will defend, indemnify and hold TRD, its directors, affiliates and customers harmless from any claims, liabilities costs and damages arising from any claims that the TRD Member Company infringes any patent or trade secret or proprietary right of any third party.
